We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Operators to join our team in the hospitality sector. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that rooms are cleaned and maintained to a great standard.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Uphold hotel standards of cleanliness and service quality at all times.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with a focus on guest services.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proven experience in a hotel or similar environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, capable of fostering positive relationships with guests.

The roles are on a Self Employed basis offering a great opportunity for the successful candidates. The successful candidates MUST be able to live in on the premises in order to meet fire regulations.
