We are seeking motivated gully truck operatives based out of our Waltham Abbey depot.

You will take pride in your work and deliver it to a high standard whilst following all necessary health and safety policies, have a positive can-do attitude, be able to adhere to time constraints and deadlines, have excellent communication and timekeeping skills and be able to work as part of a team. Take care of the equipment and keep the vehicle clean and presentable.
Experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidates.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers and members of the public during waste collection activities. Address any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in legislation or regulations related to waste disposal and transportation.
Physical fitness and ability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and manoeuvring heavy equipment.
