Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for cleanliness, ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our hotel by performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the premises.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities in accordance with hotel standards.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and stairwells.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
