The Role - Consultative Selling:
Inbound Zoom appointments. Prescheduled, highly qualified and nurtured clients. 60 - 90 minutes each, to reveal imagery & create a personalised collection and art creation.
✔ High-Value Sales: Present and sell exclusive fine art portrait collections, recommending premium add-ons like albums, custom wall art & top-up experiences.
✔ Personal & authentic coaching elements, digging into the client's "why", the love and insecurities they hold over themselves.
✔ Pipeline Mastery: Manage high-touch client relationships using Highlevel for seamless follow-ups.
✔ Luxury Client Experience: Deliver a white-glove service that elevates the client’s journey from consultation to final artwork delivery.
✔ Achieve & Exceed Targets: Close high-value transactions and consistently drive revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking highly driven Sales Consultants with a strong background in high-ticket sales, a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences & empathy-based coaching.
Who Thrives In This Role:
- Professionals with high-ticket B2C sales experience (e.g., high-ticket coaching, art dealerships etc)
- Individuals who thrive in a high-performance environment are ambitious and dedicated to continuous personal growth.
- Those who understand relationship-driven sales and excel at providing concierge-level service. Deeply client-centric, and find profound joy in creating transformative moments for others.
- Self-assured, grounded and relentlessly self-motivated.
- Those who understand that greatness is never achieved alone—it happens through collaborative, supportive teamwork.
What You'll Need
- At least 1 year of B2C sales experience
- Strong emotional and verbal communication skills
(Not necessary, but highly valued is coaching experience)
- Tech-savvy with a PC/MAC (Windows 10, 8GB RAM minimum) and internet speed of at least 80 Mbps
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
