Duties
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy in orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Handle basic math calculations for order processing and bill settlements
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within service deadlines
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or kitchen operations will be beneficial
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
