We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Customer Support to join our team in the Telecommunications sector. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
