As a fitness instructor/ leisure assistant you are required to provide a professional, friendly service to our health club members as well as hotel guests. Level 2 Fitness instructor qualification is essential. Any additional training needed will be provided.
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Assist visitors (members and hotel guests) with direction and understanding of the facilities.
- Keeping the area in a clean and tidy condition.
- Running gym inductions
- If qualified, assisting with personalized fitness programs
- Running fitness classes
- Assisting with pool management
- Creating a fun and active experience
- Ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standard
- Communicating to members and hotel guests in a professional friendly manner
- Carrying out some admin tasks
The position for 20 hours per week, with shifts depending on business needs.
