A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEISURE CLUB TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL
Part time: 24 hours contract (3 days p/w)
What you'll be doing...
- To ensure that our guests’ safety is the main consideration at all times.
- To provide a friendly and courteous service to encourage membership of the club and to maximise the service opportunities for guests to ensure return visits.
- To create and take advantage of sales opportunities in order to maximise club revenue, answering telephones promptly and correctly to maximise business and minimise guest frustration.
- To assist Leisure Club Manager in general club administration.
- To carry out water quality tests and react to results.
- To ensure the club including changing facilities are clean at all times.
- To open and close the club in accordance with club procedures.
- To be responsible for monies taken, tills cashed up and placed in safe in accordance with hotel procedures.
- To ensure general day to day operations are completed to ensure smooth and efficient running of the club.
- Any reasonable task asked of you by the Leisure Club Manager, supervisor, senior hotel employees and colleagues.
