Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Instructors to join our brand new facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and able to deliver a 5* service, they must be flexible and not afraid to get stuck in!
This is a position for someone who has an pro active approach in helping gain new members and PT clients and an understanding and willingness to create content for social media.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging fun sessions in specified Classes for a mixture of ability's
- Provide individualised Personal Training programmes
- Ability to demonstrate exercises with proper form and technique
- CPR and First Aid certificate (Preferred)
- Create a positive and inclusive environment
- Maintain high standards & cleanliness throughout the gym
Qualifications:
- Level 2/3 personal trainer certification or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit all learning styles
- In-depth understanding of anatomy and its application in the gym
- Good understanding of nutrition
