We are looking to add Reformer Pilates classes designed to offer both beginners and experienced clients an exceptional workout experience in a friendly, community-driven atmosphere.
Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team at Stars Gym. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pilates principles, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate clients. This role involves delivering engaging, safe, and effective Reformer Pilates classes, providing personalized attention, and fostering a welcoming environment for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates classes for clients of all levels.
- Provide individual attention to clients, ensuring correct form and technique.
- Modify exercises to accommodate varying fitness levels and abilities.
- Maintain a safe and clean studio environment.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
- Stay updated on Pilates trends and incorporate new techniques into classes.
- Assist with promoting Reformer Pilates sessions and studio events.
- Assist with the setup and set down of Reformer beds
Requirements:
- Certified Reformer Pilates qualification (e.g., STOTT, Body Control Pilates, Balanced Body, etc.).
- Proven experience as a Reformer Pilates instructor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and safe exercise practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or early mornings if required.
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: £50.00 per hour
