About the opportunity
We are searching for a GTM Recruiter to join our team at Figment to run a full recruiting life cycle. You will work closely with hiring teams and managers with a focus on Sales and Marketing functions. If you’re someone who can run multiple searches on the go with efficiency and organization, and thrives in a fast paced environment, let’s chat!
How you will make an impact
- Partner with GTM team hiring managers across multiple departments to set a road map and hiring plan for your active positions
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for a high volume workload and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse talent
- Work on a global stage conducting searches in EMEA, APAC, and North American regions.
- Create and update job descriptions as needed and maintain a clean ATS
- Work with our Recruiting Coordinator in maintaining a strong line of communication regarding scheduling and moving candidates through the hiring process
- Although this position will focus on GTM roles, you will take on searches with other departments as needed.
- Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and agencies
What you bring to the team
- 5+ years of experience working in a fast paced high growth environment hiring for, but not limited to: GTM, Marketing & Operations
- Past success hiring in a fast paced environment, 1 year of in-house experience
- Experience with direct recruitment
- Experience sourcing, recruiting and building an enterprise sales team is a must
- Prior experience working in Blockchain / Crypto or knowledge of the space is required
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is a huge plus
- A background using behavioural interviewing techniques to provide a best in class high touch candidate experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Able to prioritize work, pivot as necessary and meet deadlines
- Be an amazing story teller and all around good person
- Experience recruiting on a global scale

Figment is committed to transparency regarding pay, benefits, and other compensation types for all internal roles as well as all roles being hired for. Compensation for this role will be disclosed during the interview process.

At Figment, we try to go above and beyond in making sure that you have the best possible experience interviewing with us. We strive for a smooth, organized, and informative process.
- During your first Recruiter Call, you will be provided with more information about Figment, the position and what to expect for the rest of the interview process. Please be prepared to discuss why you are interested in joining Figment and what excites you about the position and company.
- As we go through the process, we work to make sure that you hear back from us in a timely fashion. If we decide at any point that we’re unfortunately not moving forward, we will give you feedback on why it was not a fit.
- We aim for the entire process to take around 2-4 weeks from initial screen to offer. There can be exceptions on either side of the bell curve here, but as a rule, that’s the time-frame you can expect.
