Golf Shop Assistant – Join Our Team!

We’re looking for a friendly and approachable Golf Shop Assistant to become part of our team at Gloucester Golf Club. We are a members run golf club with a small and friendly team of staff. If you have a passion for great customer service and a basic knowledge of golf, we’d love to hear from you!
24 hours a week
Tuesdays 2pm-8pm
Wednesdays 2pm-8pm
Thursdays 2pm-8pm
Saturdays OR Sundays 2pm-8pm (either shift)
Job Role Includes:
Providing face-to-face customer service
Answering telephone calls for bookings and general enquiries
Handling tee time bookings, driving range bookings, and buggy reservations
Maintaining the organisation and cleanliness of the Pro Shop
Managing cash handling and basic sales transactions
Requirements:
Friendly and approachable attitude
Basic understanding of golf and computer use
Willingness to learn – full training will be provided
Must be aged 18 or over
