We are proud to launch our state of the art 28 bay TrackMan Academy, offering golfers of all abilities a world-class experience. We are now looking for a Golf Retail & Academy Assistant to join our friendly team.
Role Overview
As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you will provide a warm welcome and deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and handle general enquiries.
- Manage tee-sheet bookings (IntelligentGolf – training provided).
- Manage driving range bookings (Your Golf Booking – training provided).
- Administer competitions and organise buggy hire.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked retail shop.
- Process retail purchases and upsell products where appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for golf.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Confident communication and sales skills.

Schedule
- Flexible shifts, 27–40 hours per week.
