Gig Buddies Project Coordinator – Brighton & Hove
- 15 hours per week (with potential to increase depending on project needs)
- Temporary 12-month contract (with the intention to extend, subject to funding)
- Salary: £26,166 FTE / £10,466 pro rata
- Location: Hybrid working – office based in Hove, with flexibility

About the Role
We’re looking for a new Project Coordinator to help deliver and develop our Gig Buddies project in Brighton & Hove.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Recruiting, training and supporting volunteers
- Matching volunteers with people with learning disabilities or autistic people based on shared interests
- Facilitating group sessions, including training, advisory groups and evening social events
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about inclusion and social justice
- Is friendly, enthusiastic and brings warmth and energy to their work
- Has great organisational skills, attention to detail and meets deadlines
- Is self-motivated and confident working independently and as part of a small team
- Has strong admin skills and enjoys juggling a variety of tasks
- Brings a sense of fun to everything they do
Experience working with people with learning disabilities or autistic people is ideal—but not essential if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
