We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to sell products while providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a blend of organisational skills and time management to effectively manage client interactions and drive sales.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Utilise upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume.
- Maintain an organised workspace and manage time efficiently to meet sales targets.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clarity in all interactions, both in person and over the phone.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries and follow-ups.
- Perform basic maths calculations for transactions and product pricing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- A friendly demeanour with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Previous experience in upselling or cross-selling is beneficial but not essential.
