What Youll Be Doing
As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Consultant, youll guide customers from their first enquiry to driving off the forecourt ensuring every step of their journey is exciting, smooth and unforgettable.
- Build relationships and consult with customers to understand their needs
- Present the Mercedes-Benz range confidently, sharing product knowledge and finance options
- Work towards monthly sales targets, managing your pipeline through our CRM system
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Champion the Mercedes-Benz brand through every interaction
What Were Looking For
Were looking for someone with a track record of success in automotive sales who can bring confidence, energy and professionalism to our showroom.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in vehicle sales
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and motivated by commission
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player who thrives in a structured dealership environment
- Full UK driving licence essential
