Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Furniture Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and fitting various types of furniture in homes, offices, and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly and installation of flat-pack and custom furniture
- Reading drawings and layout plans
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and finishing
- Measuring and marking out spaces for installation
- Safely transporting tools and furniture to job sites
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a furniture fitter, carpenter, or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail
- Own tools and a valid UK driving license (preferred)
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
