We’re a well-loved bar and restaurant in the heart of West Kirby, renowned for our vibrant atmosphere, fresh food, and loyal regulars. With big plans for growth and a return to 7-day operations this spring, we’re seeking a talented Front of House Supervisor to join our team.

Your Role:
As a Front of House Supervisor, you’ll be the face of our venue, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the front-of-house team during shifts to deliver outstanding service.
- Building relationships with our regulars and ensuring all customers feel welcome and valued.
- Managing opening and closing procedures, including cashing up using our digital POS system.
- Training and mentoring staff to maintain high standards of service and teamwork.
- Monitoring cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and bar areas.
- Handling reservations, seating, and guest queries with warmth and professionalism.
- Supporting the General Manager with daily operational duties.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role in hospitality.
- Charisma and exceptional people skills to engage with guests and build relationships.
- Confidence with opening, closing, and cashing up using a digital POS system.
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
- Full availability across weekdays and weekends (currently closed Mondays and Tuesdays for winter).
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Location: West Kirby, in person.
- Pay: £12.5 per hour + tips (equivalent to £13/hour total).
- Schedule: 4–5 days a week, 30–40 hours, with flexible shifts.
