We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable front-of-house team member to join our busy and friendly restaurant. You’ll be the face of the service, providing a warm welcome to guests and ensuring smooth daily operations, including opening and closing the venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and manage table service professionally
- Assist with daily setup and closing procedures (opening up the venue or locking up as needed)
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area
- Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a similar front-of-house role (preferred but not essential)
- Punctual, trustworthy, and confident handling key responsibilities
- Friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused
- Flexible with shift patterns, especially early mornings and evenings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
