What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising shifts and supporting the front of house team to deliver exceptional service
- Leading by example during service, from welcoming guests to managing busy periods smoothly
- Preparing and serving drinks behind the bar to a high standard
- Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring consistency across service
- Assisting with opening and closing duties for the restaurant and bar
- Acting as the first point of contact for guest queries or concerns, resolving issues professionally
- Working closely with the back of house and kitchen teams to create a welcoming, positive atmosphere
What we’re looking for:
- Experience supervising or leading a team in a hospitality setting (bar, restaurant, or hotel preferred)
- Confidence in both bar and waiting service, with strong attention to detail
- A friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and supportive during busy periods
- Flexibility to work a mix of daytime, evenings, and weekends (minimum of 2 weekends per month required)
- A genuine passion for hospitality and helping a team succeed
The Details:
- 20 hours per week minimum, with option for overtime
- £15,600 per annum + tips
- 10% employee discount on food & drink
- Weekend work required (minimum 2 weekends per month)
