What You’ll Do
- Support the day-to-day running of the floor
- Lead by example during busy shifts
- Supervise and motivate the FOH team
- Maintain high service standards and a friendly, professional atmosphere
- Handle guest feedback with confidence and care
- Work closely with the management team to help improve performance and guest satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality
- Confident, approachable, and calm under pressure
- A genuine love of good food, drink, and great service
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A team player who’s not afraid to muck in
- Passion for the local area and the role of community in hospitality
