Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and process orders accurately, providing recommendations when needed.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
- Uphold hospitality standards to create a memorable dining experience.
Qualifications
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services
- Experience in food preparation and cooking
- Background in restaurant, hotel, or culinary settings
- Familiarity with barista duties and beverage preparation
- Delivery driver experience is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
