Superstar required to join our front desk team.
Are you energetic, enthusiastic and fun loving with a desire to help people reach their full potential? Do you have great communication skills and a bubbly personality. If you can multitask and work well under pressure we could be exactly what you are looking for.
Our dynamic team currently has spinal therapists, massage therapists and chiropractors offering care to our local community and beyond. You would be working alongside and supporting the team in an administrative role.
Your role would include carrying out
-Answering the phone
-Making appointments
-Taking Payments
-Writing letters and reports
-Computer work including use of word, excel and more.
- Patient education
- Promotion (events, spinal screenings in outside venues and inhouse, marketing campaigns)
-General admin duties and more.
This role is currently part time at 12 hours per week with the potential to become a full time role for the right candidate.
Hours will be arranged between 7.30am and 7.30pm Monday to Saturday.
Promotional events may be on Sundays and may require an overnight stay.
All training will be given.
