Your Responsibilities
- Lead private, engaging walking tours tailored to small groups
- Customize experiences to match guests’ interests and preferences
- Share Cardiff’s rich history, culture, and hidden gems in a friendly, accessible way
- Ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for all participants
- Manage logistics and timing effectively
- Respond to guest questions and provide helpful local recommendations
What We’re Looking For
- Have lived in Cardiff for at least 1 year
- Fluent in at least one of the following: French, German, Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese
- Comfortable hosting experiences lasting 3 to 8 hours
- A passion for food and local cuisine is a strong plus
- Previous guiding or hospitality experience is welcome but not required
