We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing and engaging potential candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process. Duties
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
- Assist in lead generation activities to identify new talent pools and enhance recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in developing job descriptions.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability for various roles.
- Utilise recruitment software such as Taleo, Workday, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and HRIS platforms for managing recruitment processes.
- Strong relationship management skills with a focus on building rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in human resources or recruitment is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and strategies to attract top talent.
