We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources & Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation and complete recruitment tasks. Responsibilities
- Maintain the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies on various platforms and managing applications through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and excel spreadsheets.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
- Maintain employee records within HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with lead generation for talent acquisition through social media management and other outreach strategies.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programmes to enhance workforce skills.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining files.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a human resources role or relevant administrative position is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR software such as Sense HR, Cezanne, Bamboo
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional purposes.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques is a plus.
