Freelance Social Media Content Creator
Grounded Kitchen – 1 day per week
Grounded Kitchen is on a mission to bring nourishing, flavour-packed food to communities across the UK. We’re now looking for a freelance Social Media Content Creator to join our team and bring our brand stories to life through engaging, high-quality content.
The Role
- 1 full day per week dedicated to creating social content around brand and marketing initiatives.
- Capture, edit and deliver high-quality video and photography for social media channels (Reels, TikTok, Stories, etc.).
- Write strong, engaging copy to accompany posts and campaigns.
- Liaise with franchise partner stores within the Leicestershire area to capture content on-site when needed.
- Work closely with the brand and marketing team to ensure content is aligned with our voice, values and initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent video skills – including filming, editing, and producing social-first content.
- Strong photography skills with an eye for capturing food, people and experiences in a natural, authentic way.
- Confident copywriting ability – short, punchy, and brand-aligned.
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently while taking direction from the marketing team.
- Ideally based in or able to travel to the Leicestershire area for store visits.

- Freelance role – approx. 1 day per week.
- Flexible working, with occasional in-store filming.
- Day rate to be discussed depending on experience.
