We are seeking a dedicated student to join our team, primarily to manage marketing and digital content creation. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content tailored for Instagram and Facebook to attract and retain followers.
- Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos in a hospital and clinical environment, ensuring a professional and sensitive approach.
- Editing Skills: Edit photos and videos to produce polished and impactful visuals.
- Website Management: Update, manage, and optimise our company website for seamless user experiences and enhanced search engine rankings.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute posts across multiple channels, including social media, email campaigns, and search engine marketing.
- Online Reputation Management: Proactively manage online reviews, responding to feedback in a professional and timely manner.
In addition, performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office such as:
· Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Sending letters to patients, GPs, and clinicians
- Scheduling appointments for patients
- Updating patient records, scanning letters and documents
- Using a practice management system to manage patient records
Qualifications and Experience:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
- A Level or equivalent (required)
- Currently enrolled in a university degree/course
- At least 1 year of experience in social media, marketing, administration, or similar
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in photography, photo editing, and videography is an added advantage
