Are you a skilled Joiner with a passion for craftsmanship? Join our growing team at Beaumont, a local Jarrow-based company specialising in high-quality, handmade furniture.
We create beautiful bespoke pieces including chaise longues, sofas, armchairs, ottomans, and more — and we’re looking for a dedicated joiner to help us bring them to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct timber frames for a variety of upholstered furniture pieces
- Work confidently at a bench using traditional and modern joinery techniques
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Joiner/Carpenter, preferably with bench joinery skills
- Strong work ethic and high level of productivity
- A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
- Immediate start preferred
