Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team at Abcam Developments Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality cabinetry and furniture, contributing to our commitment to excellence in construction and fit-out services.
Responsibilities
- Construct and assemble cabinets, furniture, and other wooden structures according to specifications.
- Utilize power tools and woodworking machinery safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform joinery work, including cutting, shaping, and finishing wood components.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with heavy lifting and installation of cabinetry on-site as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role in the woodworking industry.
- Strong knowledge of joinery techniques and woodworking tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
