Location: The Bath Priory (part of the Brownsword family of hotels) has a great location in Bath, just a short walk from the city centre, with a bus stop right outside. The hotel is stunning, a Georgian house with 33 bedrooms built in honey- coloured Bath stone and is surrounded by four acres of multi- award-winning gardens. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will lead by example, supervising the restaurant team and ensuring we always providing exceptional service to our guests.
We want all of our guests to enjoy their time with us and make memories that last a lifetime.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Taking food and drink orders
- Running food from the kitchen
- Understanding the food offering
- Build relationships with the kitchen team, and other departments within the hotel
- Ensuring all of our guests have a memorable experience

We welcome candidates who are new to the industry as well as experienced ones - what matters most to us is that you have a positive and engaging personality, you are self-motivated and enjoy the buzz and excitement of a busy hotel atmosphere.
SERVICE CHARGE-We pay our team service charge each month! This service charge all goes into one pot, and 100% of that service charge is then shared amongst all the team at the hotel-every penny received is paid out to the team.
Service charge can be in the region of £275-£325 a month (close to £4000 per year) over and above base pay for a full time employee.
