We are currently hiring Waiting Staff to join our dedicated and passionate Food & Beverage Department at The Deer Park Country House – three-time winners of the Conde Nast Johansens Award for 'Best for Weddings, Events, and Parties'.
Located on a tranquil rural estate just outside of Honiton, the Deer Park comprises a Georgian Orangery, Walled Garden, and 80 acres of glorious grounds. We specialise in weddings and events, with capacity for up to 190 guests for a seated dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service to our guests during weddings, events, and other functions
Work efficiently as part of a team and independently when required
Assist in setting up, clearing, and maintaining event spaces
Deliver food and beverages with great attention to detail and presentation
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum age: 16 years old
Excellent customer service and communication skills
100% punctuality and reliability
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
