Floor Team Duties

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner,ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Take customer orders accurately,provide menu recommendations,and relay any special requests to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Ensure timely and efficient service of food and drinks,while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage reservations,monitor table availability,and maintain a smooth flow of guests to optimise seating and minimise wait times.

Required Skills

• 
  Excellent Communication: Friendly and professional interaction with customers,both in person and over the phone.
• Customer Service Focus: Providing exceptional service,addressing concerns,and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Organisation and Multitasking: Managing multiple tasks,such as seating,ordering,and coordinating with staff.
• Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with kitchen,bar,and floor staff to ensure smooth service.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly addressing issues or complaints in a calm,efficient manner.
