Overview
Plaquemine Lock is a Louisiana-inspired pub with Michelin Bib food, live music and quality drinks. We have had a great year so far. We're consistently busy, beating budgets and constantly improving our offering. Now we are looking to refine the character of our service with the help of a dedicated new supervisor.
As Floor Supervisor, you would be responsible for
- the restaurant floor team while you are duty manager
- the character of our service with emphasis on quality and consistency
- the bar team while you are duty manager
- opening checks and keeping all public space presentable
- supervising and correcting mistakes by floor and bar staff
- closing checks and cashup
- adhering to our license and policy
Requirements
- Proven experience, preferably in both restaurant and bar departments
- Focus on quality
- Exceptional organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and customers alike
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards

Pay: From £15.50 per hour
