Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Sparkling Clean Solutions. This role is vital in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Organise and maintain filing systems for efficient data retrieval.
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Support financial processes using invoicing software as needed.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
12pm - 4:30pm
3 days per week (flexible)
