We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin, HR, and Finance Assistant to support the daily operations of our administrative, human resources, and financial functions. This is a multi-faceted role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can efficiently handle diverse tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support
- Maintain and organize office files (physical and digital)
- Coordinate meetings, appointments
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors
- Helping smooth day-to-day office operations
- Draft and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help coordinate training sessions and staff events
- Track leave balances and assist with timesheet collection
Finance Support
- Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and reimbursements
- Support payroll preparation and employee expense reports
- Maintain financial records and perform basic bookkeeping
- Help prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Liaise with external accountants/auditors as required
