We are seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our growing domiciliary care team. This role is central to ensuring quality care delivery, staff support, and compliance with CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular client reviews, risk assessments, and spot checks to ensure safe, person-centred care.
- Support and mentor care staff, providing guidance, training, and supervision.
- Respond to urgent client or staff issues, assisting with rota cover when necessary.
- Ensure accurate completion of care documentation, medication records, and incident reports.
- Work closely with the office team to coordinate care packages and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Promote and uphold the company’s values, ensuring all care meets regulatory and quality standards.
✅ Requirements:
- Experience in domiciliary care (minimum 1–2 years in a senior carer/team leader role).
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred not required)
- Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Flexible and reliable with a commitment to high-quality care.

Pay: £24,420.00-£32,535.44 per year
