Salary: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £37,000+) + company van + benefits

What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t about cold calling or hard selling — it’s about building trust and keeping things running smoothly for our customers. You’ll:
- Visit existing accounts to check stock, rotate products, and handle returns
- Ensure displays are eye-catching, tidy, and fully stocked
- Spot opportunities to expand a store’s product range
- Build strong working relationships with store owners and staff
- Manage your own schedule and route efficiently
- Report back via company tablet
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s:
- Experienced in a customer-facing role (field-based experience a bonus)
- Confident behind the wheel with a full UK driving licence
- Friendly, approachable, and professional
- Self-motivated with great organisational skills
- Comfortable using tablets and basic software
- Quick to spot and solve problems before they become issues
