We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Server to join the Brewski Chester family. This is a great chance to join our successful and thriving team at our Chester restaurant, which has been a popular local spot for two years.
Our Story
At Brewski, our mission is to spread happiness through great hospitality. We specialize in North American comfort food, famous for our huge sharing boards. Our menu evolves quarterly, and we also create our own in-house cocktail specials to complement each menu—all our front-of-house staff are welcome to participate in developing these! We're also excited to be launching our '52 in 52' specials—a different special every single week! Over the past 7 years, our commitment to innovation and our fantastic team has led to a massive 500% growth in turnover. We are expanding, and there is always room for those who wish to grow with us. The Role and You
As a Server, you'll be a key part of our team, with a dynamic role that ensures no two days are the same. You will be fully trained in both waiting and bartending, with your duties allocated per shift. This gives you the opportunity to master a broad range of front-of-house skills and provides exciting variety in your work. Your responsibilities will cover:
- Taking food and drink orders.
- Serving our exceptional products to our guests.
- Crafting a variety of drinks and cocktails.
- Maintaining a welcoming and tidy environment.
- Providing a high level of customer service.
We're looking for someone with previous experience in a hospitality environment. You should be a strong team player, punctual, reliable, and mindful of the needs of those around you, with a genuine passion and enthusiasm for all types of food.
