We are looking for an experienced Field Care Supervisor to work in our clients own homes across the local area (based in Pickering).
Qualification/Experience is required (Min 2 Years UK Domiciliary Care experience & NVQ 2 in Social Care) we will train you further should you need it.
You will work as part of a dedicated care team to support our clients & staff needs, and as Master Yoda will tell you 'Being a flexible and team player you must!'
You will need an exceptional sense of humour and that's just to deal with the cave dwellers (office staff) and a lot of patience.
In exchange for your sanity and a life sentence you will receive:
Training in about 300 different qualifications including NVQ level 5 for those that want to manage in the future. ( you supply your own Gin!)
