Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor with Domiciliary care experience to oversee operations within our home care environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for senior care, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care. This role requires effective communication and the ability to implement care plans while supervising staff to maintain operational excellence.
Duties
- Supervise and support care staff in delivering exceptional senior care services.
- Drive initiatives to ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to foster a supportive environment.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and professional development.
- Utilise IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by residents or staff in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a care home or senior care setting is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.
- Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Proficiency in IT systems related to healthcare documentation is advantageous.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between locations as required.

Pay: £15,210.00-£25,458.00 per year
