We’re now looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our growing care team. If you’re an experienced carer ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the ideal role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support a team of Care Professionals
- Carry out client assessments, reviews, and spot checks
- Deliver training and staff supervision
- Ensure care plans accurately reflect client needs
- Maintain clear and accurate records
- Respond to and escalate concerns appropriately
- Participate in the on-call rota
- Promote a culture of dignity, safety, and respect
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a care role (essential)
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, willing to work towards Level 3
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A genuine passion for high-quality, person-centred care
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
