Our client, a lovely lady in her 70’s who has a Brain Injury and early signs of dementia, is seeking a *Female Personal Assistant to support her with her day-to-day activities and help to enable her to pursue her many interests.
The successful candidate will be passionate about empowering the life of an individual with a brain injury and dementia, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a good understanding about the needs of an individual with impaired cognition.
Our client requires an individual to work with the team in a supportive and enabling role, building up a strong rapport with herself and her partner whilst always maximising her physical and psychological well-being and safety.
Our client has a wide range of interests, such as gardening, going to the theatre/orchestra, dining out and going on day trips in and around London, and is passionate about her fitness, enjoying walking and Pilates.
If you share any of these common interests but lack experience in a formal support worker role, we are still happy to consider your application.
Our client seeks someone who is well organised and flexible. A full clean driving licence is essential.

Rates of Pay:
£16.00 per hour
All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult and Child Workforce Barring.
