We are looking for an experienced Cheese Monger or Retail Food Handler to work in our busy Farm Shop
2 Years minimum experiance in the retail food indsutry
Your responsibilities will include :
Cutting cheese, charcuterie, cold meats, serving fish portions and all delicattesen products
Creating exciting and invotive displays for our deli counters
Assisting with serving hot & cold food
Taking payments and dealing directly with the public
Stock control management
Hygiene maintenance & HACCP
Daily cleaning of our deli area and the shop as a whole

Pay: £12.50-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
