Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team. This role involves carrying out day-to-day maintenance tasks, ensuring facilities and equipment are safe, clean, and in good working order.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on site equipment and facilities.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work and stock levels.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
- Use jet washing equipment to clean exterior areas as required.
- Set up and maintain training equipment, such as targets, ensuring readiness for use.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in general maintenance or facilities work.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Confidence using tools, equipment, and basic maintenance systems.
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.
