Job Summary
We are a friendly team who have successfully managed a broad range of properties for many long standing and valued clients. We are looking to fill a post which has become available. We value the role of a detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our health and safety compliance responsibilities . The ideal candidate will be personable, thorough and persistent. This role requires effective communication skills in English and the capability to interpret spreadsheet and database information that is time sensitive to meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage Fire Risk and General Risk Management Schedules produced by specialist consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of health and safety related activities, and inventories.
- Collaborate with contractors for services as needed.
- Co-ordinate providing information and requirements to tenants and landlords alike.
- Conduct regular review of the reports to identify areas for improvement or necessary repairs.
- Overall, to work towards compliance with health and safety regulations by supporting the roles of the Facilities Manager and Property Manager
Requirements
- Ability to use Excel to an intermediate standard.
- Strong communication both verbal and written.
You will be provided day to day support and training and so previous knowledge or experience of property-related health and safety compliance is not a pre requisite.
- Being enthusiastic, accurate and reliable is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 21 per week
