Due to our continued growth, an exciting position has become available for an Experienced Sales Negotiator to work within our prestigious Holt office – one of the most sought-after property markets in the county.
The successful candidate will earn a competitive starting salary, dependant on experience, and be joining one of Norfolk’s most respected estate agencies. If you have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, are obsessed by customer service and happy to go above and beyond to support your clients and colleagues, then we want to hear from you.
About the Role
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and colleagues
- Arrange and conduct viewings, providing knowledgeable advice at every stage
- Negotiate offers effectively and see sales through to completion
- Proactively generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline
About You
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in estate agency
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care
- Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive in approach
- Full UK driving licence required
