Senior Parts Advisor role based in central Wolverhampton
Main duties include working within a sales team and answering telephone calls from both garage and retail customers in a fast paced retail environment. In addition making outbound sales calls when available.
You will liaise with distributors and suppliers, forging good relationships whilst always trying to get the best possible deals for our customer base.
REQUIREMENTS
You must be able to work on your own initiative and in a team atmosphere
Be highly organized
Have great communication skills
A knowledge of MAM software is desirable, although not essential
Experience in motor factor / car spares industry required
Monitor stock levels and manage re-order process for essential stock items.
Undertaking inventory checks to make sure all-parts ordered are delivered physically and are the correct parts needed.
Manage any discrepancies with suppliers.
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, working Saturday 9am to 3pm
SALARY
Competitive salary depending on experience up to £35,000.00 per year based on experience
