Overview:
The Cat Butler Weybridge is looking for a dedicated and professional Cat Butler to provide exceptional in-home care for our clients' cats in and around COBHAM. This role is ideal for a passionate cat lover with experience handling felines, whether as an owner, ex-veterinary nurse, cattery worker, or similar background. The ideal candidate will be reliable, compassionate, and customer service-oriented, ensuring both the cats and their owners receive the highest level of care and attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised care for cats in their own homes, catering to their individual needs and preferences.
- Feed and provide fresh water according to the owner's instructions.
- Clean litter trays and maintain hygiene standards.
- Administer medication if required (with prior experience or training).
- Engage in playtime and companionship to ensure the cat’s well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in behaviour, health, or environment to the owner.
- Take high-quality photos and provide updates to clients via WhatsApp or email.
- Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Follow all safety protocols and respect the privacy of clients and their homes.
Requirements:
- A deep love for cats and experience caring for them.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
- A smartphone with the ability to take and send clear photos, use WhatsApp, and respond to emails efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly manage time and tasks.
- Willingness to obtain (or already possess) a clear DBS check.
- Availability to work part-time with a flexible schedule (not suitable for those in full-time work or education).
