As a Senior Executive Assistant in the Private Bank, you will support senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries proactively, including meetings, calls, and event orchestration.

  • Handle internal and external client interactions and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with support groups and business management.
  • Utilize internal systems for data entry, reporting, and information collation.
  • Oversee distribution lists, technology usage, and administrative tasks.
  • Understand group priorities and business expectations.
  • Partner with assistants across lines of business for coverage.
  • Engage in projects and training opportunities.
